Once you submit your dates for booking, you will get a confirmation of your booking within
( 48 hours) Confirming date & price

Your confirmation email will have a deposit link attached. Your event is not booked without a deposit paid.
The balance of your deposit is due within 7 days of your event date

Booking and Fees:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.

For events outside Mecklenburg County, an additional travel fee may apply if not already included in the initial fee.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

There are no refunds for cancellations under any circumstances, including inclement weather.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the event.

If you wish to reschedule, please note a new deposit will be required unless rescheduled within 30 days of the original event date.

Event Requirements:

Please ensure a projection system and USB cord are available if a class or workshop is booked.

The speaker area should be set up near an electrical outlet for convenience.

Shey’s assistant or staff may be present to facilitate the event.

Event Participation:

Shey Morton is not required to stay for the entire event. Her obligation includes speaking, hosting activities, and Q&A sessions.

Shey will arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to her scheduled time.

Product promotion or sales will occur during the event.

Additional Considerations:

Ensure adequate space for product display and sales, if applicable.
