    I’m committed to your satisfaction. If you're unsatisfied, please contact me immediately so we can resolve any concerns.
  • What is your availability?
    My standard business hours are Monday & Friday 12noon-4pm and every other weekend 12noon to 4pm( If classes are not scheduled ), but we can discuss specific needs and arrangements during the onboarding process.
  • What types of tasks do you handle?
    I provide comprehensive virtual assistance, including email management, scheduling, social media posting, project management, data entry, contract creation, basic marketing tasks, and more. Specific tasks are discussed during the onboarding process.
  • Can I set hours for you to work?
    Unfortunately Not, my hours are for task based and projects to be completed. You can set a standing appointment for follow ups, reports or updates. (2) hours max per week.
  • *What is the onboarding process like?
    The onboarding process includes a consultation to discuss your needs, setting up your personalized dashboard, and establishing clear communication protocols.
  • How do I schedule appointments?
    Once you've selected a package, we’ll schedule a brief onboarding call to discuss your needs and establish a schedule that works for us both.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    I accept payments via credit cards, zelle, cashapp and cash.
  • How often can we speak?
    We can have as many virtual meetings as you require. Please note they MUST be schedule in advance to guarantee appointment. I am currently unavailable EVERY Tuesday and EVERY OTHER WEEKEND. Please email or text for availability. * All time used in meetings will count as VA time.
  • Am I able to call with a quick task?
    I would prefer all task to be emailed or added to your assignment portal. I cannot guarantee availability when you call.
  • What software or tools do you use?
    I utilize google drive, and am proficient in learning new technologies as needed. If you have a system like TRELLO, or another CRM. Please let us know
  • How do you ensure confidentiality?
    I adhere to strict confidentiality agreements. I sign NDAs and use secure systems to protect all client information.
  • Why do I need to pay a retainer?
    The retainer fee for my silent or managing partner services ensures consistent, dedicated support for your business. This upfront investment guarantees my ongoing commitment to your success, covering the significant initial setup work (often 40-60+ hours) required to restructure and strategically position your business. The startup fee covers these crucial initial hours, ensuring your business is ready for success. This upfront work often includes services that would normally command thousands of dollars. Furthermore, the retainer protects you from unexpected costs; any additional time spent beyond the monthly hours allocated is taken from your initial retainer, guaranteeing the completion of tasks and projects without additional fees unless they fall significantly outside the initial scope of our agreement. This approach ensures a predictable budget and maximizes my investment in your business's growth

    As your managing partner, I take a more active role, involved in daily operations, strategic decision-making, client interactions, and business development.
  • What does a "silent partner" role entail?
    As your silent partner, I work behind the scenes, providing strategic advice, financial modeling, process improvement, and operational support. I'll actively support growth without direct public involvement.

    The 1-year partnership is a fixed-term agreement with a specific retainer and hourly rate. The lifetime partnership is a longer-term commitment offering a larger share of revenue in exchange for ongoing support.

    Yes, I offer both silent and managing partnership options, tailored to your company's individual needs.
  • How is revenue sharing calculated?
    For lifetime partnerships, my percentage of revenue (10-15%) is calculated after all business expenses are deducted.
  • What level of involvement will you have in day-to-day operations?
    The level of involvement is clearly defined in our partnership agreement – active for a managing partner, and more consultative for a silent partner.
  • What if I need more hours than my package provides?
    Additional hours can be purchased at an hourly rate; pricing is detailed in your chosen package information.
  • How is the contract terminated?
    Our contract details the terms of termination, including notice periods and any applicable fees.
  • What are the expectations for communication and reporting?
    Regular communication channels are established during the onboarding phase, utilizing [methods, e.g., weekly calls, monthly reports].

    There's an initial setup fee and a monthly or annual retainer fee. Additional services beyond the initial agreement are billed separately at an hourly rate.
